- Defective items must be returned within 90-days for full credit (including shipping) to be issued

- Items found not to be defective or returned for any other reason then "defective" will be subject to 20% restocking fee (shipping charge will not be refunded)

- Items serial number is recorded (returned items must match assigned serial number)
